APRIL WEDDING — Abbie Lundgren Troth to T. S. Brooks Told
At a holiday luncheon given at the Hotel Bel-Air, the betrothal of Miss Abbie Louise Lundgren to Thomas Sheridan Brooks, a third-generation Californian, was made by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sven Paul Lundgren of West Los Angeles. The news heralds an April wedding.
Mrs. Lundgren arranged a centerpiece of American Beauty roses and white bouvaridia for the luncheon table with two red hearts bearing the names "Abbie and Tom."
The bride-elect, a UCLA graduate, was president of Delta Delta Delta and a member of Mortar Board. She is now Panhellenic adviser at UCLA and an assistant to Nota-Stark Cavette, UCLA Dean of Women.
Her fiancé, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Brooks, is a member of the UCLA faculty as a research assistant in the agriculture economics department.
He was president of Phi Delta Theta and Interfraternity Council at UCLA where, he received his degree.
