      FORT FAIRFIELD — Miss Pamela Jean Doughty, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Doughty became the bride of Roger Stephen Harpine, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Harpine of Caribou, July 31 at the Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. George Billington officiating.
       Mrs. Sharon Dorsey of Fort Fairfield was matron of honor. Junior bridesmaids were Tina Doughty and Sally Doughty, sisters of the bride.
       David Harpine III, of Caribou, brother of the groom, was best man. Ushers were Michael Albair and Richard Albair of Caribou.
       A reception was held in the church dining hall.
       Following a wedding trip to Virginia the couple will reside on the Presque Isle Road, Fort Fairfield, after Aug. 11.
       The bride is a graduate of Fort Fairfield High School and Saint John School of Nursing at Saint John, N.B. She is employed at the Community General Hospital, Fort Fairfield.
       The groom is a graduate of Caribou High School and served with the Marine Corps. He is employed by Aroostook Mental Health Center, Fort Fairfield.
