DEATH OF MRS. OTIS HOLLAND — Mrs. Otis Holland, 77 years old. died of heart disease at her home in this city Monday. Mrs. Holland was a member of the local Friends church, and was one of the pioneers of Knightstown and most of her life had been spent here. She was a splendid good woman and among the most highly esteemed in this section. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Lee Small, and five sons – William, Henry, Charles, Edwin and Tiffin Holland.
The funeral took place from the Friends church yesterday morning at 9:30 o’clock, conducted by Miss Esther Cook, the minister, assisted by Rev. R. C. Jones, pastor of the M.E. church, after which the remains were deposited in Glencove cemetery.
