WARREN – Brooke Elizabeth Walton, 29, died at home surrounded by the love of her family, Wednesday, February 24, 2010, due to complications of Muscular Dystrophy.  She was the beloved daughter of Mark and Roxanne Walton, dearest sister of Mikala Walton, and special aunt to Lillian Walton-Griffin. She was predeceased by her brother Travis, cousin Drew Rattray, grandfather Dana Rattray.  Brooke enjoyed building her own successful web design business and the treasured gift of family. She faced the challenges of her illness with great courage and dignity and was kind and caring to all.  Brooke is also survived by her grandparents Alan "Skip" and Edith Walton of Brewer and Lady Lake, Fl; Dalice Blanchard and her husband Ted of Presque Isle; aunts and uncles Randy and Cindy Rattray, Dana and Becky Rattray, Jan and Brian Butterfield, Becki and Jeff Beaulieu, Colleen and Jeff Tracy, and Mary Stevens and their children.  Visiting hours will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 3, 2010, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock Street, Rockland.
