PRESQUE ISLE —
Cranston D. Pryor, 59, passed away April 26, 2003, at VAMROC in Togus. He was born in Presque Isle, Aug. 19, 1943, the son of Donald Pryor and Lucy (Richardson) Pryor.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, assigned to Special Forces Unit 4. Cranston was a hardworking man with many skills. His work experience included welding, auto mechanics, construction and lumbering/paper production.
Cranston is survived by his three daughters, Sherry Pryor of Portland, Laurie Richardson of Hyannis, Mass., and Connie Pryor-Moody of Cotuit, Mass.; four siblings, Wayne Pryor and his wife, Jane, of Presque Isle, Phyllis Robichaud and her husband, Larry, of Washburn, Brenda King of Hampden, and Donald “Junior” Pryor and his wife, Carmen, of Newport; and many other family members and friends. Cranston was predeceased by his mother and father and his special aunt and uncle, Mildred and William Watson.
