      MOUNT MORRIS — Virginia L. Snapp, 84, of Mount Morris died Friday, Aug. 17, 2007, in Pinecrest Manor. Born May 28, 1923, in Mount Morris, the daughter of Frank and Lydia Marks Rowe. Married George B. Snapp on Jan. 29, 1949, in Oregon; he died March 1, 1991. Virginia was a dietician at Pinecrest Manor for 16 years, retiring in 1991, and was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Oregon.
       She is survived by her son, Dennis (Yvonne) Snapp of Grand Rivers, Ky.; daughter, Linda (Willis) Bennett of Rochelle; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-greatgrandchildren.
       Also preceded by a brother, a sister and a grandson.
       Service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, in Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home, Oregon, with the Rev. Brenda Harcourt, pastor of Oregon First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Dixon. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 20, in the funeral home.
