      Lois M. Tremble, 93, lifelong Oregon area resident, died Sunday March 18, 2018 in Pinecrest Manor, Mt. Morris. Born October 21, 1924 in Mt. Morris, the daughter of Morris and Illegia (Miller) Rowe. Married to William E. "Bill" Tremble July 1, 1945 in Oregon; he died February 5, 2009.
       She was a 1942 graduate of Mt. Morris High School. Lois was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Oregon and the Oregon and Mt. Morris Golf Clubs. She enjoyed golf, gardening, cooking, sewing and was a beautiful seamstress.
       Survived by sons, Gregory (Cherri) Tremble and Jeffery (Joyce) Tremble, both of Oregon; daughter, Marla (Al McClelland) Tremble of Dixon; grandchildren: Jason (Becky) Tremble, Tiffani (Tim) Williams, Brandon (Erin) Tremble and Erik (Andra) Tremble, all of Oregon; Melissa (Aaron) Beaty of Sycamore, Ashley (Tom) Stahl of Davis Junction, Jarrod (Amy) Tremble of Winnebago, Andrew (Caitlin) Tremble of Wheaton, Amy (Greg) Wedekind of Dixon, and Cleveland (Kasy) Burkitt, III of Laguna Niguel, CA; 24 great grandchildren; and sister, Muriel Wilde of Charlotte, NC.
       Also preceded in death by her parents; infant son, Gary; son, Brian; grandson, Justin Tremble; brothers, Roy and Glenn; and sisters, Margaret and Dorothy.
       Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Friday March 23, 2018 in Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home, Oregon with Rev. Karen Gerhard-Conner, pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Oregon, officiating. Burial in Riverview Cemetery, Oregon. Visitation Thursday 5:00 - 7:00pm in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Oregon or Pinecrest Manor, Mt. Morris.
