      CAJON -- Virgil Eugene Coffman passed on to be with the Lord on April 23rd, 2015. He was born on July 4, 1926 in Peoria Il. to Willis and Ruth Coffman. While Virgil served in the Navy during WWII, and while stationed at Norfolk, VA, he met and married Marion Rose Moore. After the war they moved to Phoenix, AZ and had 5 children: Jim, Richard, John, Steve, and Linda. Virgil spent the last 40 years of his life giving his time and support to anyone and all who needed it. He especially loved the ocean and deep-sea fishing, and was a hard-core Padres fan. Dad, you will be dearly missed.
       A Viewing and Service will be held on Wednesday, April 29th from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Community Mortuary, 855 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91911.
