Applegate, 64, of 111 Bristol Rd., Fatetteville, died Sunday in St. Joseph’s Hospital.  Mrs. Applegate was a teacher in the elementary and middle school grades in the Jamesville-DeWitt School System for 20 years. She retired in 1974.  She was a 1934 graduate of Syracuse University and had a master’s degree from SU. She attented DeWitt Community Church and was a member of the National Education Assn.  Surviving are her husband, C.
