The Rev. John Kirk officiated at the double-ring ceremony in the First United Methodist Church. Hope E. Woodworth, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Emily J. Wood-worth, cousin of the bride, was flower girl. Franklin S. Billings III, brother of the groom, was best man. Usher was Bruce A. Martell. A reception was held at the Klifa Club in Burlington.
