      RUSSELL HASWELL DOLLAR, 79, 1645 Ridge Ave., Holly Hill, died Sunday. He was born in Watervliet, N. Y. and moved to Daytona Beach 19 years ago from White plains, N. Y. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in New York and a member of the National Association of Gardeners. He was also a member of the Holly Hill Civic Club and of the Union Congregational Church. Survivors include his widow, Marie T., a daughter Mrs. Lillian Dollar Smith, Washington, D. C. a son Russell T., White Plains, a brother Arthur, Hamburg, N. Y.; two sisters Mrs. Justin Miller, Troy, and Mrs. L. E. Seward, Baltimore, Md. and three grandchildren. Woodward-Lowther Holly Hill, in charge.
