      MATAMORAS, Pa. — Everett W. Lauster Jr., 44, died on Tuesday, May 19, 2009, at Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, N.Y. He was a self-employed tile layer and a U.S. Navy veteran.
       The son of Everett and Florence VanDuzer Lauster, he was born in Fort Dix on June 19, 1964. He was married to Valerie Tremmel Lauster.
       In addition to his wife, Everett is survived by his parents; a son, Everett Lauster III; and one sister, Tammy Clader, all of Milford; two nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
       Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 4 p.m. at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford Street, Milford, with Rev. Neil Wintermute officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Cremation will take place at the convenience of the family.
