Article 1, paragraph 3, proposes Jankiel Bialystock, born in Wyskow (Poland), a professional merchant in men’s clothing, residing in ’s-Gravenhage. The applicant is from Polish origin. He settled in the Netherlands in 1923 and has lived there since then without interruption. During the war years he flew from retention to Switzerland. He can adequately maintain himself and his family. His two children are born in ’s-Gravenhage and enjoy Dutch education. The circumstances that requestrant, despite his long-term stay here, did not speak our language correctly, needs to be evident, because this apparently stems from a congenital lack of feeling of touch, does not cause any objection to his naturalization.
