WELLS —
Roy N. Gray, 72, a retired stonecutter, died yesterday at his home, Memland Ridge Born in Wells Dec. 30, 1899, he was the son of George and Yeata Goodwin Gray. Mr. Gray was employed as a stonecutter for the George F. Gray and Son Monument Works at Wells for 32 years’, before his retirement. He had been a lifelong resident of Wells.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Louise Staples Gray; four sons, Roland and Clifford, both of North Berwick, and Everett and Leon, both of South Berwick; a daughter. Mrs. Arthur Webber of Wells; two brothers, Oscar and Ralph Gray, both of Wells; three sisters, Mrs. Grace Dustin of Wells, ’ Mrs. Ida Snow and Mrs. Sadie Allen, both of North Berwick; 16 grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
