      LEONARD, Glenn Andrew – age 47 of West Paradise passed away suddenly Saturday, August 9, 2014 in McGill Lake, Albany Cross NS. Born in Middleton, he was a son of Raybourne “Keith” and Sharon Ann (Wotton) Leonard, South Williamston. Glenn loved hunting and camping and working in his shop –you name it and he would try to build it. He was a member of Annapolis County Ground Search and Rescue. Glenn enjoyed playing hockey in his younger years.
       Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, the former Dawn Parks, West Paradise; his daughter, Meghan Leonard, Greenwood; his son, Shawn Leonard, West Paradise; his brothers, Craig Leonard, Chester Basin; Shawn (Catherine) Leonard, Waterford, NB; Christopher Leonard (Sherry Boutilier), Dartmouth; Trevor (JC) Leonard, Windsor, NS; Brian (Connie) Leonard, Perth, ON; his maternal grandfather, George “Bud” Wotton, Wilmot; mother and father-in-law, Paul and Betty Parks, West Paradise; brother-in-law, Kirk (Julie) Parks, West Paradise and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother Pearl Wotton and paternal grandparents Raybourne and Josie Leonard.
       Visitation will be held 7:00-9:00PM Wednesday, August 13, 2014 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St., (902) 825-3448 where a Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00PM Thursday, August 14, 2014 with Rev. Patty Beals officiating. Cremation will follow the service. A reception for family and friends will be held at the home of Glenn and Dawn - 5115 Highway 201 West Paradise.
