Judith Earlene LABBÉ – A much loved wife, mother, grandma, sister, and friend; Judie passed away October 16, 2006 in Bellevue, Washington. After a 23-year battle with cancer, her courage, strength, and smile will be missed by us all. Judie was born in Hillsboro, Oregon on October 4, 1944 to Earl and Georgia Skinner.
