      DYKES, Evelyn A., 88, of St. Petersburg, FL, passed away Aug. 28, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband, O.T. Dykes; grandson, Justin Steele; and siblings, Pauline Asbury and Robert Aucker. She is survived by daughter, Sandra Steele; and granddaughter, Lacey Steele. Evelyn worked over 20 years in the Student Pilot Program in Columbus, MS and received many accolades. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Fifth Avenue Baptist Church.
