    1. [S4] Obituary.
BRYAN, Mary Lou Snedden, passed away July 3, 2005 in Tucson, AZ. Mary was born in Sewickley, PA on April 8, 1925 to Albert Raymond and Vesta Brady Snedden of Parkersburg, WV and Dubois, PA respectively. Mary graduated with a B.A. in Fine Arts from Carnegie Institute of Technology and was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. She moved to New York and worked in the greeting card industry until she met and married Bruce Winfield Bryan in 1948. Mary and Bruce lived in several mining communities in Latin America – primarily Cananea, Sonora – before settling in Arizona about 30 years ago, living most recently in Bisoee, az. She was an accomplished artist and enjoyed using her talents right up until the end of her days. Her work included several examples of watercolors and pen-and-pencil sketches.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce of Bisbee, AZ; her sister, Pat Drischell of Jamestown, NY and her family; daughters, Wendy (Anaheim, CA); Shelley (Bisbee, AZ); and Stephanie (Sahuarita, AZ with husband, Steve Polk); granddaughters, Xochitl, Jennifer, Jasmin, Wendy, Lynn and Violet; great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren and their children. We will all miss her dearly and are so very grateful for all she has given us.
Memorial service will be held on Friday, July 22nd at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 19 Sowle St., Bisbee, AZ at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner and fellowship in the Parish Hall.
