      Winnipegger Killed In Italy — Sgt. ROLAND MARCHANT, 29, formerly of East Kildonan, has been killed in action In Italy, according to word received by his wife in Blairmore, Alberta. He went overseas in June, 1941, with the Calgary Tank Regiment, and served at Dieppe and in Sicily. Sgt. Marchant attended Lord Wolseley School. A sister, Mrs. J. A.
