      CHURCH, Marion “Peggy” — Passed away peacefully December 8, 2016 at Carefree Lodge, Toronto in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Major David Church. Mother of Michael Church (Dana Williams) and Wendy Cole (Stephen). Nana to Eric Church (Tamara Zderic), Kathleen Church, Noah Cole (Heather Silverson), Luke Cole (Alexandra) and great-Nana to Jonah Cole. Born in England, she came to Canada as a war bride. She was an incredible gardener, cook, wine-maker, knitter, sewer, bowler, dancer and curler. Special thanks go to Donetta Stewart and the caregivers at Carefree. A private family service has taken place.
