      MacDONALD, Freda Madeline – 60, Berwick, Kings, passed away November 4, 2003, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Viewmount, Kings, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Genevieve (Howell) Sweeney.
       Freda had been employed at the Berwick Fruit, Cobi Foods Ltd., and at Harry Morse’s Farm.
       Surviving are her husband, Colin MacDonald; sons, Mark (Barb) MacDonald, Gregory (Cynthia) MacDonald, all of Morristown; Derek (Kimberley) MacDonald, Windermere; daughters, Debbie (Jack MacDonald) Schaeffer, Windermere; Michelle (Troy) Tupper, Morristown; grandchildren, Keisha, Nathan, Leanne, Krista, Colin, Carman, Evan, William, Devan and Mackenzie; sisters, Marion (Myles) Balsor, Margaretsville; Hilda (Morris) Ruggles, Kingston; Shirley (Lorimer) Clem, Viewmount; Beatrice Whittier, Somerset; Helen (Fred) Wagstaff, Aylesford; brothers, Ronald (Gloria) Sweeney, Berwick; Kenneth (Linda) Sweeney, Viewmount; sister-in-law, Phyllis Sweeney, Weston.

Shawn Kehoe officiating. Burial in Berwick Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to Valley Regional Hospital Foundation.
