    1. [S4] Obituary.
      Funeral services will be held this afternoon in Muskogee for Harry Earnest Beardsley, 67, former Wagoner resident, who died at his home there Tuesday, February l4, 1939, after an illness of one day. Following funeral services in Muskogee, the body, will be brought to Wagoner for burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
       Mr. Beardsley came to Wagoner in 1902, conducting a furniture business here for 14 years before moving to Tahlequah. In 1930, he moved to Muskogee, where he made his home until his death. While in Wagoner, Mr. Beardsley served as City Water and Light Commissioner under both Mayor John B. Cook and Mayor V. Lamb.
       Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters; Mrs. O.S. Moore, Jr. of Greenville, Texas, and Mrs. Eldon Breese of Kansas City, Missouri; two sons, Edmund Beardsley, Kansas City and Harry F Beardsley, Muskogee; a sister, Mrs. A.L. Snyder, Stillwater, also survives.
       Pallbearers at the service today will include Glenn Gilmore, R.M. Wallace and Houston Best, of Wagoner, with Dennis Gilbert and Bayless E. Rutherford, Wagoner, among the honorary pallbearers.
