      OREGON — Frank W. Orsted, 62, Rt. 2, Oregon, died sunday afternoon at KSB Hospital following a long illness.
       He was born May 4, 1912, in Nashua Township, the son of Ole and Alma (Michaels) Orsted. He was united in marriage to the former Florence Schofield on Jul 9, 1959, in Oregon. Orsted had been employed for the past eight years at the E. D. Etnyre Co, and was a member of the Eastside Chapel Church of God.
       He was preceded in death by two daughters, one son and one brother.
       Survivors include his widow; four daughters, Mrs. Shirley Soltow, Dundee; Mrs. Roger (Linda) Priddy, Rockford; Mrs. Lynn (Diane) Lohman, Lake Zurich, and Mrs. Donald (Nancy) Good, Carpentersville; two sons, Donald and Steve, Mt. Morris; one stepson, Walter Kallis, Oregon; three brothers, Ole and Irving, Oregon; Andy, Goshen, Ind., and 18 grandchildren.
       Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Farrell Funeral Home, Oregon, with the Rev. Tim New, pastor of the Eastside Chapel Church of God, officiating. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery.
       Visitation is planned for 7 to 9 at the Farrell Funeral Home.
       A memorial has been established to the American Heart Association.
