      TUPPER, Mavis Virginia (Ettinger) (née Halioway), bom May 24, 1919 In Edmonton, Alberta, formerly of Kamloops B.C.. Mavis passed away peacefully with her family at her side at Royal Jubilee Hospital In Victoria on November 14, 2004. Mavis was predeceased by her husbands Glenn Tupper and Ross Ettinger. Mavis is survived by her sisters Dot Garn, Hazel Campbell, Elise (Bill) Wallers and Madge Pick. She is survived by her children Fraser (Vivian) Ettinger and Ardith Smedley and grand children Jeff (Theresa) Smedley, Corinna (Don) Claeys, Sandell (Andrew) Bowler, David (Tara) Ettinger, and Nadine Ettinger and many great Grandchildren, here will be no service at Mavis’s request. Mavis had a passion for assisting the Salvation Army through donations of handmade warm clothing. Any donations can be made to your local Salvation Army in her memory.
