      Le seize juin mil huit cent dix-neuf, huit heures du soir. Acte de décès de Pierre Coutureaud, colon, âgé de soixante ans, décédé de ce jour à une heure du maint en son domicile situé au lieu de Parijantolière en cette commune de Chaillac.
       Sur la déclaration de Louis Couturaud, colon, âgé de vingt six ans, neveu du décédé, et de Louis Charbonnier, cultivateur, âgé de cinquante ans, ami et voisin du décédé tous les deux domiciliés en cette dite commune de Chaillac.
       Fait et rédigé par nous Pierre Joseph Blanche, maire et officier public de l’Etat Civil de cette dite commune, le présent acte que j’ai seul signé après en avoir donné lecture aux deux sus-nommés qui ont déclaré sur mon interpellagion ne savoir signer.
