      L’an mil huit cent soixante, le neuf juin à sept heures du matin, par devant nous Marie officier de l’état civil de la commune de Boucau, canton de Bayonne (N.C.) département des Basses-Pyrénées, sont comparus Jean Saint-André, âgé de cinquante-quatre ans, et Bertrand Cazaux âgé de soixante ans, les deux laboureurs, domiciliés à Boucau, et voisins du défunt, lesquels nous ont déclaré que le jour d’hier à six heures du soir Pierre Duché, âgé de quatre-vingt-dix ans, laboureur, veuf de Catherine Lourdon, est décédé dans son domicile à Laboulitte-de-Bas, ainsi que nous nous en sommes assuré et n’ont les déclarants signé avec nous le présent acte de décès, après lecture faite, pour ne savoir. De ce requis par nous.
