      Le vingt sept mars mil sept cent quatre vingt a été baptisé Jean Jacques né de ce jour du légitime mariage de Jean Girard, journalier, et de Marie Leconte. A été parrein Jacques Leconte, aïeul de l’enfant et marraine Madelaine Guiloreau, veuve de François Girard, sont ayeule paternelle qui ont déclaré ne scavoir signer ; le père présent qui a signé avec nous.

      L’an mil huit cent trente deux, le quatre avril à midi, pardevant nous Maire, officier de l’état civil soussigné, sont comparu MM François Godino [?] de l’hospice général de cette ville, y demeurant, âgé de cinquante-huit ans, et Arnaud Baugé âgé de cinquante sept ans ; lesquels nous ont déclaré que Jean Girard, âgé d’environ cinquante deux ans, portefaix, veuf de Rose Richeron, né à Tours, fils de Jean Girard et de Marie Lecomte son épouse, est décédé le trente un mars dernier à cinq heures du soir à l’hospice civil de cette ville. Ont les déclarant signé avec nous, après lecture faite.
