  [S4] Obituary. MABEL V. REEL, 80, of Rt. 2, Hagerstown, died Wednesday at her home. Born in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of George and Lillie Mundey Row.  She was a member of the Washington Square United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Wilsonettes of the Wilson Ruritan Club.  She is survived by her husband, John W. Reel; one son, Howard Reel, Baltimore; three daughters, Nancy Heavner, Hagerstown; and Catherine Handschuh and Margaret Gardner, both of Baltimore; brother, Ernest Row, Hagerstown; two sisters, Carrie Smith, Baltimore; and Frances Sypolt, Hagerstown; and 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  Services were held at the Washington Square United Methodist Church.
