  [S4] Obituary. Baltimore — CARRIE ELIZABETH ROW SMITH, 93, formerly of 3234 Magnolia Ave., died Sunday, Dec. 14, 1997, at Caton Manor Genesis Elder Care in Baltimore. Born Nov. 20, 1904, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Lilly Mae Mundey Row.  She was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Baltimore.  She is survived by two sons, Andrew R. Smith of Baltimore, and Roy Elden Smith of Mount Airy, Md.; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by one son, Clarence Edward Smith.  Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home, Hagerstown; burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. — Herald Mail of Hagerstown, December 14, 1997.
