  [S4] Obituary. CHARLES ELLSWORTH ROW, SR., 65, 201 N. Antietam Street, Funkstown, died at the Washington County Hospital Friday after an illness of several years. Born and reared in Hagerstown, he was a son of the late George W. and Lille M. (Mundey) Row.  He had been employed at the M.P. Moller Organ Works in the Console Dept. for 23 years, but in later years operated a driving school for Central Motors, retiring because of ill health. He was a member of St. Paul’s Methodist Church and the Funkstown Fire Company.  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edith (Gibbon) Row, Funkstown; daughter, Mrs. Lillie Scheer, Baltimore; sons, Charles E., Jr., Baltimore; George R., Rohrersville; Albert W., Hagerstown; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild;sisters, Mrs. Mabel V. Reel, Baltimore; Mrs. Carrie E. Smith, Baltimore; Mrs. Frances Sypoll, Hagerstown; and brother, Ernest W. Row, Funkstown.  Services were held at the A.K.
