FRANK LEON ROW, Ravenswood Heights, died at Washington County Hospital Saturday at 7 pm of complications, aged 48.  He was born and reared in Hagerstown, the son of George W and Lillie Mundey Row.  A resident of Hagerstown all his life, he had been employed by M P Moller Inc for 33 years where he was foreman of the console department.  He was a member of St Paul’s Lutheran church of Funkstown, and Funkstown Volunteer Fire Department.  Besides his wife, Anna Lee (Bailey) Row, he is survived by: two daughters, Mrs. Helen Clopper, Boonsboro; and Mrs. Belle Nicodemus, Ravenswood Heights; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Roy Smith, Baltimore; Miss Frances Miller, Hagerstown; brothers, Charles E and Ernest W Row, both of Hagerstown.  Services today at 2 pm at Funkstown St Paul’s Lutheran Church by the Rev Raymond Miller; interment in Funkstown Cemetery.
