FRANK F. WATKINS, 73, formerly of Hagerstown, died Monday in Jacksonville, Fla, where he had resided since 1965.
Born in Washington County, he was the son of Charles William and Lydia Annie Rowe Watkins.
He was formerly employed at Pangborn Corp for 26 years as a machinist.
He was a member of AFL-CIO; Western Enterprise Fire Co; and Calvary Brethren Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Mrs Roy Smith, Jacksonville, Fla; sister, Mrs Bertha Hetzer, Hagerstown; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Services at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel on Friday at 11 am, the Rev Harold Arrington officiating. Burial in Rest Haven Cemetery.
