SMITH died at her home, 902 Rose Hill Avenue, at 12:05 o’clock yesterday morning, of complications, aged 20 years.  She was a member of the Church of the Brethren.  She is survived by her husband, LeRoy Smith; parents, Mr. and Mrs. William H. Row; sisters, Mrs. Charles VanCleaf, Baltimore; Mrs. David Rudisill, this city; brother, Paul E. Row, this city.  Funeral services were held at the Church of the Brethren.
