ALBERT WINDSOR ROW SR., 54, of 704 Point Salem Road, died at the Washington County Hospital Wednesday. Born in Funkstown, he was the son of the late Charles E. Row and Edith Gibbons Row of Hagerstown.
He was a member of the F.O.P. He was retired from the Maryland Correctional Institute after working there for 25 years.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Margaret M. Row; a son, Albert W. Row, Jr., Hagerstown; and a brother, George R. Row, Rohrersville.
Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home; burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
