      Funeral services will be at the Summers Funeral Home Memorial Chapel for Larry D. Waters of Parkersburg, the Brother Dave Goff officiating. Burial will follow in the Thompson Cemetery in Wayne City.
       Mr. Waters, who was 40, died Tuesday, Nov. 5, 1986, in the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind.
       He was born Nov. 3, 1946, in Hamilton County, Illinois, the son of Hubert Waters and Joy Gertrude Riggs. On Feb. 1, 1979, he married Joyce Wyatt in Belmont, Ill. The oil field construction worker was a member of the Church of Christ in Olney.
       Mr. Waters is survived by his wife, Joyce Wyatt of Parkersburg; two stepdaughters, Lora May Couch and Patti Marceau, both of Parkersburg; his parents, Hubert Waters and Joy Gertrude Riggs, of Cisne, two brothers, Jerry Waters of Sims, and Richard Waters of Mt. Erie, and one sister, Pam Herrington, of Mt. Erie.
       Summers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
