      David A. Wright, age 62, of Carter Lake, Iowa, passed away suddenly in Rawlins, Wyo., on August 17, 2013.
       David was born November 10, 1950, in Oregon, Ill., to Arlen C. and Lois M. (Franklin) Wright. He proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps. David was a truck driver for Fremont Carriers.
       He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Wright; son, David Wright; and father, Arlen C. Wright.
       David is survived his daughter, Sheila Wright, of Carter Lake; 1 grandson; mother, Lois Abrahamson, of Omaha, Neb.; brothers, Michael (Barbara) Splinter, of Elgin, Ill., Bradley (Judy) Splinter, of Sycamore, Ill.; sisters, Patricia (Chris) Carter, Barbara (David) Kunkle, Dawn Abrahamson, all of Omaha, Kathleen (Cris) Nimmo, of Des Moines, Iowa; nieces and nephews.
