      Aujourd’huy sept may mil huit cent dix neuf à trois heures du soir, pardevant nous soussigné Marie de la commune d’Orbigny, canton de Montrésor, département d’Indre-et-Loire, est comparu M. Henry Chaumier, marchand fabriquant, âgé de quarante-trois ans, domicilié au Bourg et commune d’Orbigny, lequel accompagné de M. Hercule Généreux Chaumier, marchand fabriquant au Bourg d’Orbigny âgé de quarante six ans, et de M. Jacques François Olivier Devalois, membre du conseil de la mairie d’Orbigny, âgé de cinquante-six ans ; nous ont déclaré que M. Nicolas Chaumier, père du déclarant et du premier témoin, maître en chirurgie au Bourg d’Orbigny, veuf de Marie Victoire Jousselin, âgé de soixante dix huit ans, était décédé cejourd’huy à Midy, dans son domicile, Bourg et commune d’Orbigny ; le déclarant et les témoins ont signé le présent acte après lecture.
