Orvllle Snyder of Forreston, Ill., Sept. 13 — Services for Orvllle Snyder, 50, Adeline farmer who died of pneumonia Wednesday night in a Freeport hospital, will be held at 1:30 p. m. Saturday at the home and at 2 p. m. in United Brethren church in Adeline. The pastor, Rev. R. V. Strole, will officiate and burial will be in Adeline cemetery. Mr. Snyder, who lived on a farm a mile north of Adeline, was born Sept. 1, 1896 In Dakota, 111., the son of Mr. and Mrs. James A. Geneva Snyder. On Dec. 27, 1921, he married Miss Mae Stukenberg of Oregon and they moved to near Adeline shortly afterward. Surviving are his widow; two daughters, Mrs. Flossie Bolen of Leaf River and Mrs. Betty Knott of Forreston; one son, Dale, at home; his father, James, of Leaf River; a brother, Earl, of German Valley, and five sisters, Mrs. Hazel Parker, Milwaukee, Wis.; Mrs. Pearl Uruber, Oregon; Mrs. Ira Barber, Rockford; Mrs. Dorothy Munk, Leaf River, and Mrs. Vernle Motter, Leaf River.
