      The marriage of Miss Gail Lorraine Anderson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace A. Anderson, of 2 Conestoga Road, to William Jay Barrett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Glen Barrett Sr., of Fort Pierce, Fla., was solemnized yesterday. The wedding ceremony was held at ten o’clock in the morning in the Lancaster General Hospital in the room of the bride’s mother, who has been hospitalized for several weeks. The Rev. E. L. Pielow, associated with St. James Episcopal Church, officiated at the double ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father. She was attended by her sister. Miss Joyce Christine Anderson, as maid of honor. Donald R. Hallenbeck, of Cripple Creek, Colo, served as best man. The bride attended McCaskey High School and Lyndon Institute, Lyndon, Vt. The bridegroom is a graduate of Bradford Senior High School, Bradford, Pa., and is serving in the U. S. Navy, aboard the USS Randolph, CVA-15. The couple will reside temporarily in Portsmouth, Va.
