EDWARD LEROY LOREE

Edward LeRoy Loree, 80, of Mill City, died April 10, 2009. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on April 17 at Lewis Creek Cemetery. He was born in Lebanon, to Emmett Victor and Grace (Sylvester) Loree.
Mr. Loree was a log truck driver. He worked for Wimer Logging, Willamette Industries and Jack Miller Trucking and eventually owned his own business. He was a member of the Sweet home VFW and of the Elks.
He is survived by his wife Norma I. Loree of Mill City; son Terry L. Loree of Albany; son and daughter-in-law Wade N. and Gilda Loree of Phoenix, Ariz., and Kevin E. and Jan Loree of Keizer; brother and sister-in-law Paul and Pete Loree of Sweet Home; sisters Della Valdez of Santa Rosa, Calif., Pearl Wilson of Tallahassee, Fla.; sister and brother-in-law Doris and Wayne Morin of Lebanon; grandchildren Aaron, Shane, Alvin, and Krystle; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
His sisters Marguerite Wright, and Era Mackey; brothers Bruce Loree, Eugene Loree, and Delbert Loree; and infant siblings Edith and Melvin Loree died before he did.
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
