      John C. Skinner, editor of The United Cerebral Palsy Crusader, monthly publication of the United Cerebral Palsy Association, Inc., died Monday in St. Vincent’s Hospital after a brief illness. His age was 52. He lived at 131 West Fifteenth Street. [...] He is survived by his wife Eielen E. Stebbins Skinner, a son, Charles P.; a daughter, Elizabeth; his mother, Mrs. Alice C. Skinner, a writer under the name Van Leer Carrick, and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Hancort and Mrs. Alicia Carleton.

       NEW YORK, Nov. 27 — John Skinner, 52-year-old former editor of the United Cerebral Palsy Crusaders. died yesterday at St. Vincents Hospital after a brief illness. He is survived by his widow, the former Helen E. Stebbins; his mother, Alice Carrick Skinner of Hanover, N. H.; a son, Charles P. Skinner of Manhattan, and a granddaughter.

       NEW YORK — John C. Skinner, formerly a columnist for the defunct Brooklyn Eagle, died Wednesday. Skinner, 52, also had worked for Dell Publishing Co. and MacFadden Publications, Inc. At the time of his death he was editor of the United Cerebral Palsy Crusader.
