John C. Skinner, editor of The United Cerebral Palsy Crusader, monthly publication of the United Cerebral Palsy Association, Inc., died Monday in St. Vincent’s Hospital after a brief illness. His age was 52. He lived at 131 West Fifteenth Street. [...] He is survived by his wife Eielen E. Stebbins Skinner, a son, Charles P.; a daughter, Elizabeth; his mother, Mrs. Alice C. Skinner, a writer under the name Van Leer Carrick, and two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Hancort and Mrs. Alicia Carleton.

He is survived by his widow, the former Helen E. Stebbins; his mother, Alice Carrick Skinner of Hanover, N. H.; a son, Charles P. Skinner of Manhattan, and a granddaughter.
