Cromwell, Greta Kathleen – The death of Greta Kathleen (Kay) Cromwell, age 87, husband of the late Merlin Cromwell, of Cambridge-Narrows, NB, occurred at Kingsway Care Centre, Quispamsis, NB, on March 27th, 2009. She was born on September 4th, 1921, in Goshen, NB, the daughter of the late James and Annie (Rankine) Marshall. Kay is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Bernice Crawford of Quispamsis; son Raymond and Kathleen Cromwell of Quispamsis; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; two great-great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sister Ethel Keirstead; brother Elbridge Cameron and infant brother Medley Cameron. She is resting at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, with visiting on Sunday from 3 to 7 pm. Funeral service will be held from Sherwood’s Chapel at 11:00 am on Monday, March 30th, 2009.
