It is with sadness the family of James Bliss Marr, age 74, partner of Deb Dennis, of Moncton, NB, announce his passing, on September 8, 2017.
He was born on August 20, 1943 in Saint John, NB, and grew up in Norton, the son of the late Leonard and Jean (Orchard) Marr.
