Com. and Mrs. Carlton Skinner. The baby is a born navy man, his father being commander of a ship in the south Pacific and his mother the former Lt. (jr) Jeanne Rowe of the WAVES, now honorably discharged. An honor student and a Kappa Kappa Gamma in her undergraduate days at Nebraska university, Mrs. Skinner is the duration guest of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George L. Rowe.
