      Dale E. Snyder, 93, of Polo, IL, died Sunday December 26, 2021. He was born April 20, 1928 in Adeline, IL, the son of Orville and Mae (Stukenberg) Snyder.Dale married Adelaide Cook October 14, 1950 in Oregon, IL.
       Dale farmed the family farm near Adeline. Dale is survived by his wife Adelaide Snyder of Polo, IL; two sons, Orville (Sue) Snyder of Byron, IL and Bill (Donna) Snyder of Malvern, AR; three daughters, Jean (Jeff) Burton of Forreston, Il, Carolyn Levan of Dixon, IL, and Cecelia Cook of Polo, IL; sister, Flossie Murray of Forreston, IL; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and special friend Cheryl Christians.
       Dale was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Betty Knott; son-in-law, Dennis Levan; and great-grandson, Jordy Snyder.
       A memorial service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday January 15, 2022 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home in Forreston, IL. Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. until the time of service. Burial of cremains will take place at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Freeport, IL at a later date. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for Polo Rehabilitation and Health care Center.
