      NICHOLS (Dickie), Jessie Margaret – It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of this warm, kind and spirited woman who died peacefully in Toronto on Monday, November 28, 2005, at the age of 92.
       Formerly of Halifax, she was predeceased by her beloved husband of 48 years, Robert Mansfield Nichols; her sister, Geno, and her brothers, Murray, Lloyd and Neil Dickie. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Lela, Avis and Elma Dickie. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Georgena Nichols, Nancy McLeod (William); grandchildren, Elizabeth Kreig (Donald), David Stephens (Leah), Jamie McLeod, and Michael McLeod (Lindsay), and great-grandchildren, Kayla and Robert Kreig, all of Ontario.
       A memorial service has been held. Interment will occur in July 2006 in Eastville, Nova Scotia. Donations would be appreciated, and may be sent in care of Mrs. Anna Parks, R.R. 2, Upper Stewiacke, NS B0N 2P0
