CAMERON, ELIZABETH JEAN (1935-2012)– It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Jean Cameron announces her sudden passing on March 9, 2012 at The Moncton City Hospital. Betty was born in Parleeville, NB to the late Daniel and Mary (Armstrong) Colpitts. Betty is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Lawrence, who shared a very special love; daughters Terry (Dan) Oram of Saint John and Cindy Gillis of Halifax. Betty was forever the loving Nanna to Christopher (Jamie), Jennifer, Jessica, Ashley and Rachel, cherished great-grandmother to Hayden. Betty spent the last years of her career as a nurse at Carleton Kirk Nursing Home. Betty’s greatest moments were those spent with her family and friends who she dearly loved. Betty will be forever missed and lovingly remembered.
In keeping with Betty’s wishes there will be no formal visitation. A private family service and interment will take place at a later date.
