      Carmelita Hazelrigg Pullins — December 2, 1918 - February 14, 2008.
       Carmelita was born December 2, 1918, in Winchester, IL, the daughter of Frank and Lecie (Smith) Hazelrigg. She married Billie M. Pullins on October 20, 1935, in Decatur, IL. He preceded her in death on October 26, 2002. Carmelita was a member of Hidden Valley Community Church.
       She is survived by her daughter Kay Tuggle and husband Stanley of Decatur, IL; grandchildren Brett M. Pullins and wife April of Groveland, IL, Todd M. Tuggle and wife Jennifer of Niantic, IL, Rick M. Pullins and wife Pam of Decatur, IL; 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Billie (Dink) Pullins, son Richard (Dick) Pullins.
       The family would like to give special thanks to the Nursing Staff at Keystone Meadows and her caregiver and special friend Kelly Roth.
