MRS. AKOFER DIES IN HOSPITAL
Mrs. Nancy M. Akofer, 80, of 23 Yellowstone Ave. died Thursday afternoon in a Billings hospital where she had been a patient since June 7. Death was attributed to a stroke.
Mrs. Akofer was born September 14, 1885, in
Council Bluffs, Iowa, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Baker. She was marrued to Chares Akofer in Omaha, Nebraska, and the couple came to Billings about 50 years ago. Mr. Akofer died in 1948. A brother, Willmer N. Baker of Hot Springs, Arkansas, is the only survivor. The body is at Dahl-Brown Funeral Chapel.
AKOFER — Funeral services for Mrs.
Nancy M. Akofer, 80, of 23 Yellowstone Ave., will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. in the Dahl-Brown Funeral Chapel with the Rev. T Christian Nelson officiating. Interment will be in Mountview Cemetery.
